Every price includes labor (we do all lifting and carrying), loading, hauling to a disposal or recycling facility, disposal fees, and a basic sweep of the cleared area. There are no separate charges for stairs, same-day service, or standard item types.
Do you charge extra for stairs or difficult access?
Standard stair carries are included. Very long carries, multiple elevator trips, or unusually tight access may add to the total — we'll always mention this before starting and confirm the adjusted price before continuing.
Can I get a price estimate without someone coming to my home?
