Q4: Are there any items you won't remove?

 

We're unable to haul hazardous materials, including paint, chemicals, motor oil, propane tanks, asbestos, and medical waste. If you're unsure whether something qualifies as hazardous, give us a call and we'll point you in the right direction. For everything else, we've almost certainly hauled it before.

Q5: Do I need to be home for the pickup?

 

Not necessarily. As long as your items are accessible and we've confirmed the details in advance, many customers leave items in the garage, driveway, or yard and we take care of the rest. If there's any access issue or items are inside the home, we do ask that someone be present to let us in.

 

Q6: What happens to my junk after you take it?

 

We're committed to responsible disposal. Whenever possible, we donate usable items to local charities and recycle materials rather than sending everything to the landfill. We'll let you know if any of your items may qualify for donation — some customers even receive a donation receipt for tax purposes.
